Painfully slow. Took 35 minutes for 4 simple bagel orders, bagel w/butter/ 2 bagels w/cream cheese and sausage, egg and cheese(missing the ketchup I asked for), while it wasn't busy. The food did taste good though. If you're in as rush or want your food in a reasonable amount of time go somewhere else.

I only hope consequences were given and hopefully that young lady gets...
My favorite bagel store for as long as I can remember! The staff is so nice, helpful and extremely hard working. I like when they make special bagels on holidays and the bagels are always soft and delicious, especially first thing in the morning when they're fresh out of the oven.
