Casa Mexicana Restaurante is a hidden gem. The food is made just like mom’s cooking, and everything is delicious. The empanada was made fresh, and the verde tamale was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. HAND MADE TORTILLAS taste so fresh. The food is fresh, well prepared, and high quality, non greasy authentic Mexican food. The chorizo is seasoned well, and they give generous portions. Good food presented simply, as if eating with family. Fair prices. The beef soup had good taste and good portions. The staff was attentive and eager to answer questions. A really delicious clean cafe with big portions for the price. They have the best pulled chicken, prepared very well. The guacamole was freshly made and delicious with a large bag of chips. The chicken chimichanga was deep fried, golden brown, crispy, and chock full of shredded seasoned chicken, beans, rice & cheese. The Horachata topped everything off perfectly. This is a new favorite.
