Evan was the caterer for my wedding and he was fantastic. Not only was the food out of this world,(and I am still getting text messages about how amazing the food was) but he was also incredibly responsive, so helpful, kind, and just had a pleasure to work with. We chose Evan and Classical Catering for our wedding because we had heard that the food would be good and having good food at our wedding was so important to us. The rumors were true. Our wedding food was AMAZING:; Korean bbq spring rolls; poke bowls; a carving station, even an umbrella with pretzels…everything was done so, so well. Fortunately for us, the quality of the food was just one aspect of what Evan did for our wedding.
