Gotcha Rub

The woman in this place was not polite I believe it was Friday afternoon between 12 and 2. I approached her nice ,but firm because they walked around the entire store four times without greeting me or asking if I needed help. and let her know that they did not do the order correctly.... She immediately started talking OVER me and told me that I did not pay for that sandwich. She was not nice! So then I immediately responded with - I did pay for that sandwich, you just gave me the wrong one. I explained what I ordered, and I told her in a minute I'm not going to pay for any of it and I will just get my money back.And they can keep the sandwiches that they messed up... She did not say a word after that. She mumbled something in spanish, which, by the way, I understand..to the worker next to her. This is not okay...instead of the customer being a KAREN , the worker is! It's not my fault that you domt listen to the word NO , like no sugar or no milk ect.... It's a universal word . I don't appreciate the rudeness.Me and my whole family and friends are here at this location every morning, and maybe even again in evening. When you approach a customer, you say hello... You ask how you can help them... You fix the problem.... And then you apologize for the inconvenience of having to come inside the store after you've been through the drive through and in the store 2 times. I already have a decent job.But let me know if you guys need a manager, I would love to show everyone in there proper etiquette, and customer service. We all have to do it.We all work and we all have bad days.

PS.. You're asking for a lawsuit if you keep mopping the floor all day long while people are walking through a WET FLOOR sign does not a case make. you have older people walking in and out of there, and people have no way around it. Mop in sections and let it dry before you mop the entire place where no one can walk around. These are things that need to be brought up to RM... simple thing that can be avoided.

The people who work at this location are very nice. I have noticed that the quality inconsistent. Two weeks ago I had to ask for my drink to be re-made. I ordered an iced caramel craze latte, the woman in the drive through handed me a drink that was not mixed, everything was separated. There were ingredients missing, cinnamon, caramel etc. The other time I had to ask for more expresso for an iced latte since it was all milk. Today I ordered the mocha latte and it was also missing ingredients. Whipped cream, chocolate drizzle. Very disappointed

Rude as they come. I ordered two croissants with cream cheese. They gave them to me without the cream cheese. Not to mention, the coffees I ordered too were not the best. I go in and tell the lady. Everyone had an attitude. Everyone had a flat face. No manners. Questioning my request, with an attitude. It was disappointing. Rude. Bad experience

People were so rude. Did not get orders right , I have to tell them 4 times my order. When I got my order at the window, did not put the order that I ordered in the bag . The Indian lady blaming the customer. She was very rude to me.

I ordered a cappuccino, 10 munchkin’s, and two sandwiches, and I only received 1 sandwich, and I didn’t receive anything else, they don’t put napkins or straws.

I only go to Dunkin for their carmel iced lattes with whipped cream and some locations make it good and others not so good.

cheaper than other Dunkin but they will burn your sandwich, will not stir your drink so you don't have to spill it in your car, and the drive thru lady is rather curt

Didn’t have donuts I ordered, made me leave without refund, now I’m jumping through hoops to try to get refunded. Number on receipt for store and in google maps is not in working order, so no way to get in contact with someone who can help.

The young lady in the drive through is rude and needs to go back into training. I ordered a caramel crème frozen coffee and she proceeded to tell me it’s called a caramel craze frozen coffee in a condescending tone… I corrected her letting her know I would like a caramel crème frozen coffee that’s on the menu she said “NO IT IS NOT” . I proceeded to order and when I got to the window the manager was just as rude and incompetent of the menu and also negated back and forth on what the drink is….. for future references a caramel craze and caramel crème are two different drinks!

Went there this morning only to be rudely stared at by the indian lady at the drive thru with the glasses. And the hashbrowns I ordered only came with 3 instead of 6 and they were cold and hard. Management has to do better, the workers here need to be replaced.
