Who attended me this morning at 8 am was very rude and when I claimed her for her attitude she continued with the same rudeness I think they should change that lady since she does not do a good customer service. And it was not the first day.

Looks like there's new ownership. They wouldn't honor my latte app reward recently despite scanning the app. I used the drive-thru. Then, when I went inside to get the funds readded to my app, the guy who runs the place starts giving me an attitude and, when I reiterated my frustration, he loudly starts harassing me by backbiting to those in line behind me just as I was leaving. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They don't seem to know how to run a business and keep customers satisfied and returning. If that man keeps this up, he'll run others like me out of there looking for alternative local options. Nowadays, I try to avoid this particular DD as much as possible.

I never leave reviews but my guy…. Every single time i come here i regret it but it’s the only dunk on the way, always serving stale hash browns and uncooked bacon egg and cheese the cheese be colder than my dad hearts ! Like it’s really not that difficult how is it the that’s to get a bacon egg and cheese (COOKED!) and fresh hash browns ?!?! Is it that hard? Staff is nice though! Food horrible.

food is always terrible, there always rushing, i can come back months later there will be new people and food is still terrible. as soon as i leave the line my hashbrowns alyways feel like they have been siting for 5 mins
