As a truck driver passing through New Jersey I came across Freddy’s off of US 1 and I had to do a review! The food was made fresh and it was delicious! I will be returning whenever I am passing through! I especially want to acknowledge the staff that was preparing and serving the food! Thank you so much for an impeccable experience! You all rocked!!!!!
Their food is great! Love the burgers, custards, sauces, and their onion rings. Yet, now comes the BUT. If I place an order in the app and customize some items to my liking, I do expect employees fulfilling the orders to read. Ignoring customers' wishes isn't exactly appropriate... Has happened more than once and it is really annoying. Imagine someone ordering a custard with chocolate chips instead of peanuts because of an allergy. You have literally *one* job. Please...
My wife and I like to get the burgers here which I rate as superior to most in the area, even the more upscale ShakeShack across the highway from them. The real star though are the fries and tater tots which are excellent. Their seasoning is perfect and they are always perfectly fried.
