Marlen’s Deli Restaurante is hands down the best spot for authentic Honduran food! Every dish tastes homemade, and you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. My absolute favorite thing to order is the beef soup—the portions are generous, and the flavor is rich and comforting. The baleadas are also a must-try—big, fresh, and filled with all the right flavors.
What makes this place even more special is the atmosphere. You can tell it’s a true family-owned business, with the ladies in the back smiling, welcoming, and cooking with love. It reminds me of being a little girl, watching my mom and aunts in the kitchen—not just making food, but spending time together.
If you’re looking for authentic Honduran flavors and a warm, welcoming experience, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend!

I do not recommend this place, they sell very little, they told me that it cost $3 a portion of rice for one person and they charge me $7, and cold rice.

I bought some slices with ground beef at this restaurant and they really disappointed me, both in their presentation and the very bad taste. The meat was overly salty. I have bought twice from this place and both times it has not been satisfactory.
