This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this restaurant so I have to write a review. The first time was a Tuesday I was able to place an order online and then when I arrived to the restaurant it was closed. They’re not open on tuesdays.
My second issue was today. I placed another order online. Was promised the order by a certain time and I was stuck waiting 15 minutes after my promised time in the restaurant, there was only one table sat in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy. And after the meal being late it was terrible. Was all rice and very little meat. The rice was hot and the meat was cold. I asked for certain items to not be in my dish and they were in there. Don’t think I’ll eat here again. Go there with caution and patience.

The food was delicious, with a great fusion of Latin from different countries and Asian cuisine. The hospitality and attention were great. Even though it was just one person, he took good care of us. The atmosphere was comfortable. It was a quiet Monday night.

I would give it Zero stars if I could…
We ordered takeout from Nan King Restaurant online, and it said our food would be ready by 6:45pm. Perfect, right? We show up on time—like responsible, hungry adults—and immediately feel like we stepped into a restaurant-themed escape room. There was one poor soul working. One. He was the host, the waiter, the busboy, possibly the chef, and definitely the only person within a five-mile radius who seemed to know there was a restaurant operating there. The man deserves a raise and a vacation.
Meanwhile, we stood at the front like awkward decorations for a solid 20 minutes. No “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” just vibes and the loudest phone in the world ringing non-stop like it was trying to summon the dead. Spoiler: no one ever answered it.
Other diners were seated, clearly waiting to order with menus clutched like they were hoping a genie would appear. Two other takeout customers were waiting when we got there. Two more arrived while we were still trying to figure out what was going on. At this point, it was basically a potluck of confusion.
After about 30 minutes of being ignored, the multitasking hero finally approached us… only to “take” our order, which we had already placed online. So now we’re realizing they never saw the order in the first place and were just starting it now. Fantastic. We sat down, unsure if we should feel optimistic or just cry softly.
Eventually, we gave up and left. We emailed. Then we called the “billing service” number, who very helpfully told us to call the restaurant (lol). Naturally, no one answered—maybe the phone rang itself into a coma. So now we’re out money and food. We ended up at Five Guys, where at least someone looked us in the eye and handed us actual food.
If you're thinking of ordering from Nan King… maybe just stare at your microwave for 45 minutes instead. You'll get the same amount of food, but with way less emotional damage.

We ordered sesame chicken, sesame shrimp and chicken sweet and sour! Chicken tasted like fish like they fried it in the same oil for the shrimp. And when we called they said the spring rolls included with each other and they charged us for it. And when we called to complain about it they didn’t even offer us to replace it!!! Worst experience ever

After we went berry picking, i searched for great Asian fusion near by , and this place was popping. So give it try , this place is Asian fusion and Latin flavors. Wasn’t that busy when we’re there .We had wings, and Vegi spring rolls as appetizers, and as entrees we both decided Singapore noodles, My favorite is chicken wings, was really crispy and delicious.Server need more attentive , other than that Highly recommended.

I ordered takeout today and was so happy with my meal. The barbecue spare ribs were smoky and tender, and the wonton soup was perfect for a chilly day.
Food was disgusting

I love this restaurant and I'm concerned about rice fried with shrimp when I ordered 3 items and I pick up it so my son was very excited with rice fried with shrimp but he wasn't happy with it because of It was little of shrimp like 7 or 8 shrimps anymore.. I don't understand why I paid it it's $12.99 dollars.🤦♀️
