“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. “This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“

Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. “This is a well managed store. The crewmembers are empowered to prioritize customer service.

The employees enjoy working together. When traffic is low, they joke with each other, talk, clean, replenish, and maintain the dining room, equipment, and food prep areas. As soon as traffic picks up again, they are instantly on station providing quick and wlexcellent service.

I work as a clinical chaplain for a hospice provider. I sometimes have to spend time here working or preparing to work. This is how I have been able to observe for extended amounts of time.

What I do not like is that their corn muffins are not on the application menu, so I have to stand on line when I come in to pick up my order. This is across the board in every Dunkin' I have visited. They are always available, sometimes on display, but unavailable on the app. Also, in this, my favorite location, a recent remodel has resulted in only 10 seats.

The hashbrowns are always fresh and have the perfect amount of flavor on them, and the munchkins are soft and fresh too. The egg and cheese is always warm and you guessed it, fresh.
