The worst Dunkin Drive Thru. I have the app and go to many Dunkin locations this one routinely takes 10 to 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru.

I ordered a hot coffee and they charged me for an iced coffee which is more expensive. You can see this in the photo, the sticker says iced but they gave me a hot.

9/30/23 Dirtiest DD I have ever visited! Just stopped in for a cup of coffee. Counter, donut trays, outside trash can. Broken toilet paper dispenser. Disgusting!! No one seems to care about this place. Not worthy of Cape May. Multiple health department & sanitation violations evident. Avoid!

The is food awesome and so is the staff as they time make your food the right way. The cold coffee is the best too.
I try to avoid this Dunkin' as much as possible. The staff can be rude and the orders are rarely ever made correctly. I honestly can't think of a single time I have visited and gotten exactly what I ordered. Overall it's just an unprofessional atmosphere.UPDATE 9/10/23 -Nothing has changed, this place is worse than ever. They told me they aren't serving food items today...

When we're on vacation we stop at this Dunkin several times to grab some coffee. I'm always shocked by the low ratings but my guess is because I'm not a local and don't frequent it enough to run into issues. Don't know what they do special here but I actually enjoy the coffee from this Dunkin better than any at home in PA. Never had a problem with service so not much bad to say about this location!
