I go there every mornings and today i had a bad experience the cashier forgot to ask my little cousin about the refresher if he wants it with green tie or lemonade and my frozen chocolate it was a frozen coffee and they forgot to put whipped cream after i asked so j send it back but i hadn't tried it yet and the whip cream wasn’t in the correct order he just put to pass me
Haven't been to this Dunkin in a while due to the rude staff that was there before so I was in the area stopped bye yesterday and today had a problem with my drink the staff made it right the second time the first time it was my fault didn't know my drink came with an ingredient that I don't get anywhere else but the staff was very nice remade my drink with out a problem they are very nice I will be back

When we're on vacation we stop at this Dunkin several times to grab some coffee. I'm always shocked by the low ratings but my guess is because I'm not a local and don't frequent it enough to run into issues. Don't know what they do special here but I actually enjoy the coffee from this Dunkin better than any at home in PA. Never had a problem with service so not much bad to say about this location!
