Been going to this McDonald’s for years, without having any issues…no idea who’s packing the orders… but this is the 4th time they messed up. Missing items 3 times and disregarding NO pickles.
I ordered 5 happy meals, 2 crispy chicken with cheese, 20 piece nuggets and a Big Mac. $70 total.
No cheese, Mayo, lettuce or tomato on the chicken, no sauce for any of the nuggets, ALL 7 orders of fries were ICE cold, no straws.
They offered a refund or replacement but I already had 5 little boys eating and wasn’t packing them all into the car again.
It was at noon, prime lunch time and it wasn’t busy.
Now I know why.
Disgraceful.
