Got a black coffee from here in the afternoon. Tasted kind of off, but not enough to make me really question it. Hours later that night and I’m suddenly struck with a stomach bug….didn’t eat anything else out of the normal that day. Interesting….

I stopped going here on my way to work a few months ago because it had really gone down hill. Decided to give it another try last week and so disappointed . This is the avocado toast I got… and it’s not cheap.

The service and workers are great but I am really upset they no longer sell hot chocolate out of all the dunkin’s I been to over the years I never heard of one that didn’t have dunkin. It makes absoulety no sense that you no longer sell such a common thing

I recently visited Dunkin’ with my friends and tried a few drinks that I usually enjoy from another place. Unfortunately, we were all disappointed. The Sabrina Carpenter refresher was extremely watery and lacked flavor, almost tasting like plain water with a hint of sourness. My friend’s mango pineapple refresher with lemonade also felt watered down and lacked the vibrant flavor we expected. Even the matcha latte was a letdown, coming out watery and almost tasteless, with no sweetness at all.

Overall, our drinks didn’t live up to expectations, and we hope the quality improves. It was a disappointing experience for us. And PS: can we go light on the ice? Like we’re not olaf from frozen why is 3 quarters of the drink iced? LITTERALLY THUMBS DOWN!

Not professional at all! I was really trying to avoid this because I understand that you can be very busy but I’m over it!! Some days I get a “not working machines”, burn bagels, and today a hole diferente drink (mind you, it was a online order). The atmosphere in here is not welcoming at all.

These people are the worst with costumers! I got here before work extra early. I was standing to ask for my order. Every worker including manager saw me. They ignored my presence… when they took my order they forgot and made me wait even longer till I told the manager where was my coffee? He had to brew my coffee aswell! So that made me even more late costumer service sucks at this location!!!

A little better than average for a Dunkin’ (Donuts). Donuts were good. Coffee was very good. Service was a little slow but staff were friendly. It was moderately busy at the time. Order was accurate.

Used to get my coffee here every morning, but this place changed. The manager is very polite and kind, but every morning when I get my ice coffee, they never stir any of the flavors, so you get normal coffee for the first few sips and then a disgusting burst of sugar all clumped towards the bottom of your drink. You can mix it yourself but the caramel swirl needs to be broken up and you can't mix it yourself very well. I know for a fact that it takes the workers two seconds of effort to break up the caramel, and they can stir it while they are pouring it from the tap, and they used to do it, seems like they are just being a little lazy. Most of the afternoon workers don't have this problem though, even though they have more to do.
Apparently I'm very serious when it comes to my morning coffee 😂✨

One girl her name is Nicole is very rude with costumer, she doesn’t have costumer service. She don’t said good morning and she doesn’t know the world Thank you and you welcome, she look mad. And she is very unprofessional. In my opinion she need help.
