Used to get my coffee here every morning, but this place changed. The manager is very polite and kind, but every morning when I get my ice coffee, they never stir any of the flavors, so you get normal coffee for the first few sips and then a disgusting burst of sugar all clumped towards the bottom of your drink. You can mix it yourself but the caramel swirl needs to be broken up and you can't mix it yourself very well. I know for a fact that it takes the workers two seconds of effort to break up the caramel, and they can stir it while they are pouring it from the tap, and they used to do it, seems like they are just being a little lazy. Most of the afternoon workers don't have this problem though, even though they have more to do. Apparently I'm very serious when it comes to my morning coffee đâ¨

One girl her name is Nicole is very rude with costumer, she doesnât have costumer service. She donât said good morning and she doesnât know the world Thank you and you welcome, she look mad. And she is very unprofessional. In my opinion she need help.

There to busy working drive thru and inside customer's are left waiting. I tried getting the owner contacted to let her know this. But nothing customer are walking out because of the wait inside.

There was one super friendly guy at the drive through window but everyone else was dull or rude. I asked the cashier (blonde tattooed girls) how they were and they just stared at me so I gave my order and with an attitude she says âis that it?â My coffee tastes burnt and my jelly doughnut tasted like how a soggy rag smells. Ew! Drive a little further and just avoid this Dunkin at all costs not worth it.

After experiencing some opening woes a couple years ago, this place has improved a good deal. They still occasionally mess up orders, but the consistency has improved a lot.
