Hands down best ice cream ice ever had, especially the cotton candy flavor. Not too sweet, it was just right. Customer service was good.

The ice cream here is the best ice cream in the area! They have a wide variety of flavors and all of them are great. With that being said, the service from the staff is AWFUL! I am a frequent customer, and I receive the same rude, unfriendly attitude every time. The staff acts as if you are bothering them from the time you walk in. It is unfortunate because the ice cream is good.

I am very disappointed in the level of service that I received from Hometown Creamery. I am not sure if I am to blame the staff or the owners. I reached out via phone several times to both locations inquiring about their ice cream cart for private that was pictured on their website. The staff didn't have any information on it and told me they would text the owners with my contact information so that they could call me and discuss the details. Well, it took 3 tries - phone calls to the store then a text from the staff to the owner - before I finally got a call back from the owners. Once I did, we discussed the details and I was told I would receive an email with what we discussed and some additional information including flavor options by the end of the day. When that email didn't come, I opted to book someone else because I feared that they were so unreliable up until this point, what happens if they don't show the day of the event?! On top of that, their ice cream in store is very expensive, which I didn't mind paying for because they were local, but after the experience I had, I will be going elsewhere for better ice cream at a more reasonable price.

This business is top notch and made my experience ordering a cake for my mom's birthday so easy and pick up was very smooth. Highly recommended, even if you are just stopping through town!

A great find, glad we tried it. The variety of flavors was impressive and all were very happy with their ice creams. I tried Oatmeal Cookie and Cookie Monster. There was a good amount of 'stuff' in my flavors and the ice cream itself was very creamy and flavorful. The prices were very fair and noticeably cheaper than nearby competitors. This will be our new spot. Staff was friendly too!
