Food and service are great. The only reason for the 4 instead 5 is just the prices have almost double since COVID. 22 dollars for barely a foot long is crazy. Like I can go to subway and do the 7 dollar foot longs. A sub is a sub. Is there really enough going on to justify a 15 dollar difference?? I can understand like 12 dollars for a sandwich maybe even 14 but 22 and up I can't afford to go here anymore.

Ordered about a week ago — Customer service was great. Just recently moved into the area looking to grab a bite to eat.
Employee Mark was extremely helpful and guided me throughout ordering a sub and helped me sign up for rewards. Then when checking out I had another employee with curly hair offer me a free cookie as courtesy for trying out Jersey Mike's after having just moved in.
Sub tasted fresh, well prepared and delicious.

Okay...prices have gone up, portions have gone down, for the most part, service has stayed the same. Great place to order a tasty, and quick, sandwich to enjoy and fill up. Quick dinner / lunch? Order. Party? Order. Setting up for a gameday? Why not? Order. Only thing I wish they would do, loyalty program, or whatevet, free cookie with certain $$ spent or orders filled. So, ya wanna enjoy? Order here. Have a great full belly!
