This is a first-hand account of a superior quality restaurant. Probably the best in North Plainfield by far. I am a fan for several years of both chefs and that they are. One is a woman from Argentina that specializes in barbecue (short ribs) and Empanadas The other chef is from Guatemala and is the owner. Everything he makes is incredible.
