Amazing food!! ALWAYS stop here for fried oreos and funnel cake. The mofongo, fried plantains, and empanadas are our go to!! Will definitely try more items on their menu next visit!! Great family run business!!
Come here if you want delicious empanadas made by the abuela in the back. The empanadas were soooo good! Even the chicken nuggets were hand cut chicken breasts that were freshly breaded and fried and a million times better than the routine chicken nuggets found elsewhere that come from a freezer. The family who owns it was absolutely lovely and very accommodating for our family with little ones. I look forward to coming for another round of empanadas next time!
Personable staff that was very helpful in explaining dishes on the Latin Menu, some of which we were unfamiliar. Made good recommendations.
The food was well flavored but not spicy. We shared the rice, lentils and stew chicken, the mofungo with pork chunks, a beef alcapuria, and a sorullo. It was all delicious.
The dine in area had a variety of art pieces that echoed the Caribbean atmosphere. Being family operated gave it a homey feel.
