Okay there is no atmosphere it's an ice cream place you walk in stand in line place your order and neither sit inside at the 4 tables for go outside and eat at one of the tables they have there for you. I will tell you their prices are reasonable I always get the banana split the bigger one with chocolate strawberry and I let them pick the other flavor which is either butter pecan or coffee or maybe mint chocolate chip I like all three of them pick and they laugh at me actually the last time I went they split the coffee and the butter pecan in half with the other two flavors they are not on the boardwalk but right off they have a lot of flavors the help is very friendly parking that's the different story they used to have the lot right next door to them for years that I've been going to them but this year what I have heard the owner of that lot wanted to buy their place and of course they don't want to sell so he took a lot away from them and put a fence around it so now you have to pay to park either in the lot our on the street but this place will not disappoint and you won't walk away hungry they also owned the miniature golf course that's right behind the building if you want to play golf

The dairy free option are the worst i have ever had! The vanilla is gummy and the berry was overly sweet (it seems thenly just mixed in jam in already sweet vanilla ice cream). Also there was a label for dairy free chocolate peanut butter but the guy behind the counter said they had not had in a very long time (then why nobody removed the label then?). Bathroom was very clean on a bright side.

OnLy reason I gave 3 stars for service was because I ordered a small was given a kiddie. Was told that’s the same to them. It costs $1 more I should have been given what I ordered and paid for! The ice cream is great and largely portioned.
Prices seemed high, UNTIL you see the portion size! Definitely worth every penny. Family loved it!

Cash only but so worth it for a stop at the bank. They're ice cream is so good, so many unique flavors like coconut castaway and cinnamon bun, any toppings you can think of, and they have dairy free and sugar free options. A small bathroom to wash your hands when you make a mess, very accommodating. Theres a cute minigolf attached as well as tandem and other bicycles for rent. If you want to ride bikes on the boardwalk, bikes are only permitted in the moring in the summer. They also have a large parking lot which is free for golf and bike customers but if you just want to go for ice cream or the boardwalk, you'll have to pay to park.
Vegetarian options: Multiple dairy free options available and clearly labeled.
Dietary restrictions: Sugar free and dairy free ice creams and sherbet.
Parking: Lots of spaces but must pay for parking if you're not a bike or mini golf customer. Street parking also available if you can find it
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Mini golf next door for entertainment (even just watching) and kid portions available for ice cream
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to the building, might be a tight squeeze to go int the building to see ice cream flavors or to use the bathroom
