I have been to the bagel depot many times because the food is great. If a bagel depot run by this crew opened in my home town I would throw a party in their honor. I don't know these people. I just know that their food is consistently great. Do yourself a favor and go when it's really busy. It's a site to behold. I'm about to place my order online and head over, and even if my order is completely wrong, which it won't be, I will go back.
I was just passing by and decided to stop in for a bagel. It was pretty busy, so I had to wait a little longer for my food, which was completely understandable. What pleasantly surprised me was that I got my coffee almost immediately, even with such a long line. I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was excellent. Food is really good. Don't get a latte. I got a matcha latte it tastes like water down milk not worth the price. The latte was close to Starbucks pricing but not the quality. Smoothie strawberry was good and worth it. The front cashier looked super annoyed if I asked anything and kind of inpatient (I get it's extremely busy but it's your job).
