Boneless spare ribs were so over cooked it was like beef jerky. No sauce as it was all cooked off. Couldn’t even cut some pieces with a knife. Rice was clumpy balls. And thing is, it’s not like you couldn’t tell the food was this way without tasting it because it looked like leather. If it was earlier I would have brought it back to complain but it was delivered to my home and with a kid the $12 wasn’t worth dragging her out of the house at night when it’s so cold

As a frequent customer of the EHT, and Somers Point locations, I expected delicious food. The chicken was hard, and the sauce was bitter. After a few bites, in the trash it went. We purchased Sesame Chicken, and General Tso’s Chicken. The pork fried rice was missing the pork. The one star is for the sauce packets. Totally disappointing.

Used to love this place.. quality has dropped over the years and ever since covid i think i worry more about cross contamination than ever b4.. there's no sense of hand washing.. dirty dishes and pans.. no gloves or washing hands. saw employees holding their phones coming from the outside and just going straight to cooking.. come at your own risk.. ive seem employees sneeze into their hands or out to the side of them and continue making food.. its not sanitary at all and idk how they pass the health inspection.. oil and grease are everywhere dust on the oven huds.. ive also ordered spare ribs and they were ice cold. I've bought rice from them as well and the rice was old rice from their walk in fridge. rice should never be kept in the fridge.. it begins collecting bacteria very rapidly..
This food was horrible the delivery took long the shrimp fried rice tasted like it was cooked in a dirty pans. No napkins or forks and I gave them a 12 dollar tip and was disrespected by the management

Ordered chow mein, got cabbage and vegetables instead. Called to mention this mistake and an employee just kept screaming on the phone telling me that’s chow mein…. Food was hot garbage at best, service was awful.
