Almost never gets my order right! How hard is it to make a Med caramel coffee with cream and sugar? Literally get it wrong more than they get it right! I stopped going to this particular location, drive out of my way to go to the Pleasantville store. They don’t always get it right either but it’s a much lower percentage there. I don’t understand how hard is this job? Just a couple squirts of caramel some sugar and cream? It’s not like I’m ordering a venti Caramel...read full review
