This place was terrible, we ate in and got soup to go. The food we ate there was nothing more then a bowl of fried rice for $16 each with 3 little pieces of meat hidden inside it. The $18 soup we got to go had a bag of raw meat with blood in it tossed on top of the rest of the ingredients. Disgusting

I have been coming to this place for years now and the food has always been incredible. Although the service might not be good at all, the amazing food surely does make up for it. The Pho Satay is one of my favorites and the meal I had and the shrimp spring rolls are fantastic. One of my favorite things in Vietnamese food is the chili sauce, and at Pho 9 it was arguably the best one I have ever had. Come here to eat for the incredible and cheap food, but don’t come expecting the best service or atmosphere

Just ordered a simple pork ba mi . wow this place has gone down! the bread was awful, not fresh and not French. they put so much mayo and barely any pickle veggies and some wilted cilantro, but the worst of all NO jalapenos. the pork was barely heated through. yes i was in a rush , but such a bad product. not going back ever.

I tried the Bun Rieu (S4 Special Seafood Vermicelli Soup) and it was good. My friends also enjoyed their dishes for the most part. The interior of the restaurant is small, with a mixture of booths and tables. They are located within a plaza. Service was friendly. They are located within a plaza with a shared parking lot. 4/5.

I ordered Shrimp Pho. Maybe the takeout order after me got my order, but I got all mixed vegetables and three shrimp. No jalapeño and the noodles were not rice noodles. The broth was tasty. I've been here before but I won't go back.
