I tried the Bun Rieu (S4 Special Seafood Vermicelli Soup) and it was good. My friends also enjoyed their dishes for the most part. The interior of the restaurant is small, with a mixture of booths and tables. They are located within a plaza. Service was friendly. They are located within a plaza with a shared parking lot. 4/5.
A+ Pho spot. Fairly priced, good broth & meat, and the best fried rice I've ever had. Get it all the time now. I have been coming to this place for years now and the food has always been incredible. Although the service might not be good at all, the amazing food surely does make up for it. The Pho Satay is one of my favorites and the meal I had and the shrimp spring rolls are fantastic. One of my favorite things in Vietnamese food is the chili sauce, and at Pho 9 it was arguably the best one I have ever had.
