I have been going to this wonderful restaurant regularly for more than 20 years. I have never once had a complaint of any kind. All the food is delicious, with large portions, and the prices are very reasonable. Ed, the owner, cares about the people he hires and trains them well. Wait staff is attentive, but not annoying, and you get exactly what you ordered.

Five of us went out and we had a blast. First let me say the food was fabulous! \nThey have specials every night that include soup or salad, scones, main entree, coffee and dessert ( I had the apple crisp and chocolate ice cream) and a shot of Baileys at the end. We all had two drinks : my friends had martinis and my husband two Guinness’s and they were great. We were there 3 hours and were not rushed. It cost us $53.00 a person. The owner is there making sure everything goes...

This feels like a bar airlifted from another time and place, very old-timey and small-towny in a way I don't see anymore, but also encouraging and inviting for all kinds of people and made to feel like an old friend on a first visit. (Not to be judgmental, but sometimes when there are ONLY old men at a bar.... and you are not an old man yourself... it doesn't set itself up to be the most inviting experience right away.)
