the food is seasoned exceptionally well here. ive been to many great korean places but gimjang is up there with the best. all their variations of kimchi we tried were phenomenal and paired really well with their dishes like pork bossam. I really love that they have a rotating menu and I look forward to checking out their fall menu in the near future. highIy recommend to check out. I will definitely repeat.
Bossam and kimchi jjigae were really great. I love this place. They have coffee too. Their pogi kimchi and yeolmu mulkimchi are my favorites. The staff are so sweet and warm. The food is neat, fresh, healthy, and tasty. I bought their kimchi for my friend as a gift. The wrapping was so cute!
I get lunch to-go from here sometimes and the food is always delicious. My usual order is the kimchi pork stew (which is amazing for something that costs $7). Gimjang also changes a part of its menu every week (though some items, like the kimchi jjigae, are always there). My family really likes ordering the slow-braised soy pork rice bowl when it's available.
