Ordered a reg. #13 on their rosemary bread. Asked the guy putting the toppings on not to cut the bread in half. A second later he cut the bread in half. Upon me stating I didn't want it cut, he took the top pieces of bread off, man-handled the meat and toppings and slapped them together on to a new piece of uncut bread. Meanwhile the meat was already cut in half.
I couldn't believe the way he put the sandwich together. Some of the toppings fell off the bread, I said something to him about it, and he mumbled something. Wrapped it up and that was it. Other workers were looking at him.
It was 8/12/24 and 1:20 pm. I had a bag of chips that I was going to buy too, but after that, I put them back. I'll never go there again. So unprofessional.
PS. I ate the sandwich because I paid $12 for it. It was so messy from him "piecing it back together" Ugh...
Hope his management team speaks to him.

I visited Jersey Mike's in Nortvale NJ and upon ordering a sandwich and noticed BROWN LETTUCE which was inedible. I asked the woman if there was other lettuce. She said NO. I asked for the Mgr (Mike) and he had attitude about my lettuce complaint. Very nasty.

Those w/ a gluten allergy.. BEWARE. I bought my regular #7 on GF bread via Doordash .. I called to tell them I do have an allergy. After I ate it, I got sick shortly after and knew I was “gluten-d”. When I’m in store they ask if it’s an allergy and they get a tray and a new knife.
This time, it was negligence.

Idk what these reviews are about, this staff is always nice and welcoming and makes a fire sub. Made an order mistake, called in at 8:15pm (while they were closing) and the staff member was very nice and not rude at all and fixed my order. While I was picking up the sub someone was rolling up in a wheelchair in the parking lot and a staff member dropped what they were doing and opened the door for them. 10/10, great Jersey Mikes.

I have to agree with other comments here. For a long time I went here every week for cheesesteak sandwich - And yes...now too skimpy.Also, I no longer go here as last time it was a female staff - They were nice, but I did not see hair nets...I had at least 2 hairs in my sandwich, and threw it away at that point.Never went back...
