Great food and service!
I placed my order online - a staff member called to let me know they only had 1 of the 2 tiramisu tarts I ordered, but asked what I would like to replace it with. I asked for a sugar mochi donut, and they gave me 2 to make up for it !! So kind of them !! Delicious Korean milk iced coffee too. This is my first time ordering from here and I will absolutely be returning !!
I’ve visited this branch several times, and the service has been consistently disappointing. The cashiers — mostly younger staff — often have no expression, seem uninterested, and rarely greet customers. When I check out, they barely speak, and their voices are so quiet that I can’t even tell if they’re talking to me. I’ve had to stand there waiting because I wasn’t sure whether they were finished or not.
