“I placed my order online - a staff member called to let me know they only had 1 of the 2 tiramisu tarts I ordered, but asked what I would like to replace it with. I asked for a sugar mochi donut, and they gave me 2 to make up for it !! So kind of them !! Delicious Korean milk iced coffee too. This is my first time ordering from here and I will absolutely be returning !!“

“i’m here to tell you the hype is true. The burritos are so freaking good. The sauce is immaculate. I always ask for extra sauce. My favorite is the sausage burrito and the bacon. I usually get both and eat half-and-half and split it with my partner. lol

I usually travel all the way to Brooklyn for a similar type of burrito (santos) and I’m so happy to have found this gem uptown nyc!! (no pic because burrito was inhaled)

“We pulled off the highway for a coffee and stumbled upon this gem. The pastry menu is filled with unique items and great flavor combinations. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating. They also sell records and prepared wraps and desserts. Check it out if you’re in the area! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through.“

Also tried the milanesa sandwich — the milanesa itself was good, but the sandwich was small for the price, and instead of adding more to make it heartier, they filled it out with potato chips. The 2 cortados were solid. Overall the food is good, but for the Hackensack area, it’s overpriced — portions don’t quite match what you’re paying.“

My husband's milkshake came out first and then they did not make my drink until a lot later even though we ordered them at the same time on the same bill. “Tried this place for the first time the other day and the coffee was smooth delicious. Juan, the barista was super friendly and knowledgeable. The two disappointing parts were no sugar free flavoring and the ham and cheese croissant. As someone with Type 1 Diabetes sugar free flavoring options are my only option so it’s saddening when there aren’t any. The croissant was tasteless and the ham wasn’t a normal color. As a whole, it was a positive experience and I will return for the coffee just not a pastry.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“
