They put alot of care into the cooking, some places skip steps but not this place. They broil their boneless spare ribs until its perfectly charred with the right amount of sauce. Other places just boil the meat and drench it in sauce to cover how old the meat is. Ugh I keep giving this place a try every now and then but it just falls flat. Bagels are chewy, not the yummy chewy. Their texture isn’t airy and chewy, its borderline rubbery. it’s just hard to explain. I never thought I’d say this but this bagel shop is so skimpy w the cream cheese. My all time favorite is David’s bagels of valley cottage and they put so much cream cheese that it’s falling all out of the bagel. This was not the case here. This place was just fine except the selection of bagels was limited. I am not clear as the whether they make them there - I think not. When I walked in, I was greeted by the person at the counter who asked if I was ready to order. I wasn't, but when I was, I had no trouble getting my order in quickly. Soon enough it was ready, they rung me up and I was out. The bagel was decent -- very good, but not excellent. I would go there again.
