The food was absolutely fine, of course, because it's Moes and tastes great. But the service was piss poor. The one older heavier lady was not friendly. I purchased a quesadilla and a 5.99 cup of queso. They literally did 1 scoop of chips in the bag. When I asked for more than 1 scoop, they gave me a hard time and reported it would cost more. Which is extremely unfair since I just paid 5.99 for queso and chips. On top of this, chips come free with every meal. Finally, after a discussion, they gave me 2 additional small scoops of chip.... which was barely any and was like pulling teeth just to get some. Also, the drinks were extremely watered down. Whoever manages this Moe's needs to do some revising.Getting an acceptable amount of food for a price that you pay for and the staffs attitude really determines the overall quality of the experience. I would not come back here due to these circumstances.

Really rude system was down and on the website it says 8.99 they charge you $14… they all speak English than when you try asking why is the price wrong they speak Spanish and no one helps you and you wait there 10 mins clueless…

I usually dine at this location, but I arrived at 8pm and was told they’re closed as they’re cleaning up. Meanwhile online and their door says they close at 9pm. Very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to chipotle now.

I appreciate the different "vibe" Moe's gives when compared with Chipotle. The food is definitely different but so is the general restaurant ownership feel. I don't know what model both Chipotle and Moe's uses in terms of franchise ownership, but Chipotle definitely feels more like a large corporation vs. Moe's. One would hope this could give some edge to Moe's in terms of customer service, but almost every time I went to this particular Moe's, I felt the staff was SUPER skimpy on the chosen ingredients. For example, a meal titled: "Homewrecker," which the name is questionable in itself, you would think you'd be getting a massive meal. However, each time I've ordered it, the quantity paled in comparison to a regular burrito or bowl at Chipotle. While I was miffed, I kept in mind that this probably is a more "owner-based" franchise, so I ought to cut them some slack. However, today was where I drew the line, not because of the quantity of food I received (or lack there of), but the attitude I was given when simply ordering my meal. I ordered a steak bowl (which had basically 2/3 the scoop) and after choosing the first 3 toppings, every topping I chose afterward, I was given a little bit of a stare, which then led to an audible "ugh," as if I was asking for "too much." It was clear they didn't want to give so many ingredients because again, after the first 3 toppings, the quantity of each subsequent topping dwindled.Honestly, I don't know if I will be going to this specific Moe's anymore. Of all the times I'd gone, I've had only one helpful experience there. With the attitude I received today, I don't think this location is worth my patronage.

When the manager is there everything is fresh and tastes good and they’re never out of anything. When he is not there, just turn around and leave, the employees dont keep anything fresh or stocked and it tastes like actual garbage.

Nasty lady working there and there were speaking their language infront of customer while complaining about services!! I didn't understand what they talking about it but it's makes me uncomfortable!!

The Indian dude working stays true to his heritage and will give u two extra pieces of chicken when u pay for double meat. Also will give a 1/4 bag of chips for two bowls. Great guy really generous
