Earlier today I placed an order with Panera and unfortunately , it looks like the driver kept the order and never delivered. (Not Panera's fault, they work with 3rd party vendor for deliveries). I called Panera and spoke with Grace the manager and she was very nice and was able to refund my first order. I then placed a 2nd order since I was still hungry LOL, and this time I only ordered 2 of the items instead of 4 items like the 1st time.When I receive my order, Grace had added in the 2 items I had ordered the 1st time and also wrote me this thoughtful note. This put a huge smile on my face! Thank you so much to the staff and especially Grace of Panera in Northvale!- Karoline Jimenez

I bought what appears to be a Giant chicken sandwich on the picture with chips for 15 dollars, the McDonald's 1.29 chicken sandwich is bigger and might even taste better. If you want to fill up this is the wrong place all it did was make my stomach into Karen.
