The soft-serve is popular, and one customer appreciated that the toppings are put at the bottom and top so you can enjoy your froyo with toppings at the top and bottom. The food is so fresh, especially for a restaurant in Bergen county, and the prices are good. The place is extremely clean, and the staff has amazing communication skills, very respectful, nice and attentive. One customer said the staff seem to actually enjoy working there too. The restaurant looks very family oriented and feels like it as well. One customer, being Turkish, had tried out so many different gyro places all over New Jersey and definitely recommends this restaurant to everyone. Another customer noted excellent customer service: when a co worker forgot to add in her additional selections, the store called to verify. When a few items were missing from a delivery order, the manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He initially offered to refund, but actually went above and beyond and offered to personally deliver the missing items instead. Everything was delicious, and there was a complimentary brownie as well. Little things like that really make a difference. One customer would come back again, and another will definitely be ordering again.
