I ordered a Birthday cake ahead of time . What I received was a cake taken out of the showcase,. My husband picked it up,when he brought it home I called the bakery and questioned the cletk. I asked her if it was premade or what I special ordered. She could not tell me which it was, only they USUALLY make it the way the customer ordered it. SADLY IT WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER CAKE I RECEIVED.

This is a fantastic bakery! Everything is sparkling clean, smells wonderful & the cookies, cakes, pastries are delicious! I highly recommend Aromi Di Napoli. Don't drive or walk by as it is in Queen Margarita Trattoria who also has insanely good food!

The biscotti with dried fruit are horrible and they are soft!! By definition biscotti are supposed to be hard. Went back to exchange the soft for the hard ones and they're not good. Whole Foods has better once.

Worse bakery ever as soon as I walk in I was being rushed for my order then I park in the parking lot the owner decides to block me in I could not leave I had tho wait five minutes then when he came out he didnāt say sorry just kept brushing me off I get home all the pasties I got was crush never again

This bakery had fantastic reviews, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but great. Either the person helping me had something against me, or I just had the worst luck, because every single pastry I received was a total letdown. Everything tasted old, dry, and completely stale...like it had been sitting out for days. I honestly couldnāt believe how disappointing it was, especially given all the hype.

Worst service Iāve ever had in any bakery. The attendee seemed to not be understanding any of the things I said, so I thought it was just maybe acoustics. But when later I asked how much a specific player of cookies costed she simply replied āA lotā, as if I couldnāt afford it. Not sure what her tiff was with me, but I was nothing but nice until the very end when I had to call her out on her rudeness

I have been to DiNapoli many times and had been happy with the pastries up until yesterday. Got a 7 layer cake that had been clearly sitting around for many days and was dryed out. Very disappointing.
