This bakery had fantastic reviews, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but great. Either the person helping me had something against me, or I just had the worst luck, because every single pastry I received was a total letdown. Everything tasted old, dry, and completely stale...like it had been sitting out for days. I honestly couldn’t believe how disappointing it was, especially given all the hype.

Worst service I’ve ever had in any bakery. The attendee seemed to not be understanding any of the things I said, so I thought it was just maybe acoustics. But when later I asked how much a specific player of cookies costed she simply replied “A lot”, as if I couldn’t afford it. Not sure what her tiff was with me, but I was nothing but nice until the very end when I had to call her out on her rudeness

I have been to DiNapoli many times and had been happy with the pastries up until yesterday. Got a 7 layer cake that had been clearly sitting around for many days and was dryed out. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend this bakery! They custom made a delicious pistachio cake for my mother’s 79th birthday and it was a huge hit! One of the best cakes she said she has ever had! She loved it! 💚
Fantastic cakes but need to send cakes home in better boxes with harder cardboard that don’t bend in on and crush in the cake and destroy the fabulous design icing etcwhen you’re transporting it!!!

I was disappointed. Servers choose other people when you were waiting first. Then she puts in other cookies that I told her I ddnt want! and which I did so I was stuck paying! because you don't know until home and then they closed. But the ones i wanted were good. Wish they post prices.The cannoli pastry st joseph zeppolas was mixed with alot of cream so they stretched it. Not good.. it true Italian cannoli cream. But at least fresh.Besides this is supposed to be Italian but I ddnt see any Italian people serve So not everyone speaks English.

I was disappointed. The cookies that I asked for raspberry was something else.The apricot ones were good.The st Joseph Zepollas were fresh but I asked for canolli was not Canolli cream ! It was something mixed in. My guests will be disappointed too. The helper doesn’t get English either. To properly help.
