I've eaten there twice now and have been less than impressed with the bagels themselves. It is a beautiful space and I can't complain about the service. Just not the best bagels given the competition in the area. The buttered everything bagel I got earlier today was so light on the butter that I almost went back to ask for more.
The place looks great, very convenient location and food is good. However after giving multiple chances the service continues to be very slow compared to many other similar locations. I waited about 30mins for a simple omelette with a toasted bagel with butter. The workers do not seem to be in sync and the girl taking orders even had an attitude about her ways. Some additional customer service training should be considered.
