Paid $31 for 24 boneless tenders, it's hard to scale but half of these pieces are popcorn size, with hardly any chicken in them, and slightly salty. Out of the 24 pieces, maybe 12 were decent. Fix your portions, prices, or both :/

I have came here several times and all the times they take more than half n hour to make the order even if it is placed way before the arrival. Y’all need to pace up a big more. Come here if you have more than 1 hour excess time to get your order. 🫠

Waiting for over an hour for food that was marked ready on app is crazy. 7 people waiting and complaining to a front person that can’t do noting just apologize . If you have another bon chon around you go there. Avoid nutley location at all costs.

I set the order at 6pm for a pickup time of 6:45. I got to the restaurant at 6:29. Was happy to wait until 6:45 since that's the pickup time I chose. I did not get my order until 7:20. While we were waiting for the order the cashier came over and said the seafood rice was unavailable and that he just tried to call me to let me know. I did not have a missed call, and the number would not have been blocked. I checked what number he called, and it was the correct number, so I'm led to believe he didn't actually call me. When I finally got my order and was in my car about to pull off, the cashier came out to the car and told me he gave me the wrong order. He took the bag back inside, went through the content and brought it back saying it was actually the correct order. So, in total it took 1 hour and 25 minutes for me to get my order including the 45-minute lead time. Upon arriving home, I realized the order actually was wrong. I ordered all wings and wound up with mixed, and the glaze was not brushed onto the wings properly or at least not the way it has been on the multiple occasions I've ordered at the Hackensack location. Unacceptable and will never go back to that location.

I’ve been a regular at Bonchon Nutley and have always enjoyed their signature fried chicken—crispy, flavorful, and worth the slightly higher price. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a 10-piece (half Soy Garlic, half Korean BBQ) around 4 PM, and when I arrived, the restaurant was filled with smoke. I didn’t mind since I was ordering to go, but what followed was a letdown.
The wings looked large, so I was excited for a great meal, but unfortunately, the chicken was nothing like I remembered. The skin was soggy instead of crispy, and the once-crunchy coating was completely off. The flavor was lacking, especially compared to the vibrant, bold taste I've come to expect. To top it off, the chicken was overly fatty, making it quite unappetizing.
At over $20 for just 10 pieces, this was a huge disappointment. I’m hoping this was just an off day for them, but given the price and the quality I received, I’m hesitant to return anytime soon. I’ve had much better experiences here, so I’m not ready to completely write them off yet, but this was a serious letdown.

The food is really good. However, we placed an order ahead of time and when we got there at the pickup time we had to wait almost 40 minutes to get our order. Moreover, the floors were very sticky and the tables were dirty even though they had just opened so no customers had dined in yet.
$7.99 for now a very small bag of fries is nuts. This is after I waited patiently 45 minutes for my food
