This place is a SCAM they charge extra for sauce so I decided to call Burger King headquarters they specifically said none of there locations should be charging extra for sauce and if they do to report it back to headquarters which I did for this location doing it several times so if you come to this location and they charge extra for sauces just call Burger King headquarters and report them cause there just pocketing that money.

I didn't ⭐ service bc I wasn't sure how many I would do. I mean customer service was good. Nice employees that get rudely treated by management. ?
I ordered a sundae and wanted to add hot fudge on it. However, only people that make DELIVERY ORDERS ARE ENTITLED TO FUDGE PACKETS (no hot fudge just packets of chocolate sauce) I offered to even pay for it but since manager was there the employee taking my order apologized and told me that he was not able to charge me. Well, 5 stars to him bc when I got home with my plain sundae and looked into the bag to eat my meal first...he had put 2 packets of the sauce in my bag .. YAY .. so kudos to him for making my sundae complete ?
It was terrible to see that the manager had no compassion. She even took orders that were sitting there and told another employee to throw it in the garbage.
It's sad how so many people go thru hunger and here she is mandating an employee to throw out perfectly packed food away in the garbage. Guess she may had been complying with protocols but it's time to change these protocols and put on side in case someone comes in to ask for something to eat. I've seen this many times where customers are sent off bc they have no money yet here are these restaurants that prefer money for the food. Like give food to the hungry and/or those short of money. It's FOOD for God's sake.
Maybe she will be happier to know that she made a difference and made a hungry belly as happy as her ? (my opinions)
On the other hand, their food (BK Nutley) is always fresh and made as ordered perfectly.
