The young adults here require more supervision to ensure that they’re providing something resembling quality service, specifically during the evenings. As of late, I have been receiving burgers that are lukewarm, at best. The cheese is not being melted and the food just isn’t being presented at an appropriate temperature. The fries are often undercooked and their taste reflects this. Fries should be cooked until they are golden brown, not pale and flavorless. To their credit, Muhammad and the younger AA manager/supervisor run a very tight ship and the overall quality seems to reflect that during their respective shifts. There is a clear lack of respect for the authority of the other managers and it is seemingly rubbing off on how the food is prepared. The staff needs to be overhauled or a better standard needs to be enforced at this location. Do better.

I’ve had very few issues here over 5 decades. If you want grade A delicacy’s, go pay big bucks for them elsewhere. If you want a solid meal, in a nice environment, from hard workers, BK has it for you. Try the woke, rainbow flag shake. Lol. Just kidding.

Fast, Fresh, and Friendly! Stopped by this Burger King yesterday and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean with plenty of seating, and even though it looked busy, the staff kept things moving smoothly. My food came out hot and fresh — the chicken fries were crispy and delicious, and the regular fries were even better. Shoutout to the team for being efficient and on point. Thanks, Burger King, for another solid visit!
