Went on a slow midweek and they still about 40mins left to close. Bartender and one host( who basically wasn’t hesitant but backed the bartender) told us they’re closed early because it slow night and couldn’t make us drinks. There was literally two of us not a big group( this is besides the point anyways because the business hours are the business hours) Didn’t push the issue and just left. If you wanna leave early to go home just update the business hours so people don’t waste their time driving over to your establishment.

This is not your regular hangout. Just about everyone who attends here, are welcomedwith open arms. Employees are very polite & very helpful to any questions you may have. If you're indecisive about what to eat or drink, you will not be disappointed with their suggestions! There are so many types of Beer on tap. The mixologist's are very knowledgeable! Top of the line liquor! They have Trivia that goes along with prizes! During Christmas time, they go to the nines to make it very festive that they actually close for 2 days to apply all of the decorations! Our first time at Cowan's was great! We had several creative, delicious cocktails and mocktails which were well made and perfectly balanced.
The food (French Dip and a pulled pork sandwich) was impeccable. Perfectly done and a cut above most pub fare.

This place has great drinks and atmosphere! The food was okay, but nothing to rave about in my opinion, had fried pickles, wings, and the lobster mac (a little odd that it had corn & asparagus in it). On Mondays they have Martini & Manhattan night, cool spot to have sip with friends. The star of my night was the espresso martini, very smooth!
