Ordered online as a preorder. My order never came. 40 minutes after my order was scheduled to be delivered, there was no pizza, no notification that my order was cancelled, status still just said my order was received. I tried to call several times with no answer; the phone would ring for roughly 2 minutes, then just disconnect. I tried to chat with the helpbot online and it wouldn't connect me with general customer service or give me a phone number to call. I had to just wait for someone to call me back the next day.

There's only one person working here. Just one employee answers the phone, prepares the food, and stands at the cash register. She works without gloves and without a hairnet. After waiting 15 minutes after I ordered, I asked her how long it would take. She angrily told me she'd said it would take 20 minutes. I pointed out that she hadn't told me, but she insisted she had. Don't waste your time and health ordering from this place. I waited 40 minutes for my order. The worst place ever.

This Dominos location is the best Dominos location I’ve been to. It also happens to be the closest to where I live. I used to go to the Glenridge location because it was a little bit closer when I was coming from work but now that I’m not working I started going to this location and their pizza is always better tasting than I’ve had at other Dominos locations.

I will never order from this dominos store ever again. I have ordered from this dominos at least 100 times in the past 3 years and never have I ever been treated the way I was last night. Never in my life have I ever seen worse customer service. I had ordered pizza on my way home for pickup after having a bad day and all I wanted was a pizza for my night. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza with half beef. I didn’t immediately eat my pizza when I got home but when I finally opened it, it wasn’t my order. I didn’t think to check my pizza anytime before then because I have never had a problem with my order at this place. I wasn’t angry or upset, I just wanted to get the right pizza so I tried calling the store two times. Both times, the phone Rang for more than two minutes with no answer. After calling again and the phone ringing for a very long time, I was interrupted by someone who left me on hold for 5 minutes until I finally got to speak to someone about my order. I was told they couldn’t deliver the pizza and although I didn’t want to leave my house again that night, I went to go pick it up. When I got to the store, I talked to the same worker who passed me my order when I picked it up. After waiting for a few minutes, he told me that I was supposed to pay for the new pizza and was asking me where the old one was. I said I didn’t have it on me and instead of politely asking me for proof, he became more hostile towards me. He said I was supposed to pay for the pizza because he didn’t want to pay for it instead. After going back and forth arguing, he kept insisting that he had to charge me for the pizza. He even claimed that I might’ve been trying to scam. He could’ve just asked if I had a picture. I showed him the picture of the pizza I had received but still tried to insist that I had to pay for the pizza. I tried being polite many times but was always meant with hostility. All I wanted was the pizza that I had originally ordered. He also blurted something out as I was leaving but I didn’t get to hear what he said. Again, I am never going to this dominos ever again. Thanks.

This is the best Dominos in NJ! Everytime the pizza tastes fresh and good. I have ordered cheese pizza, veggie pizza, chicken pizza several times, and each time it has tasted amazing like no other Dominos.
One of the best-rated Domino’s, and there’s a reason for it. Even when they’re backed up or short on staff, they still care and make your order a priority. Just have a little patience.

I called this pizza place to ask if they deliver, and they said yes. I specifically asked if they deliver to my address, and they confirmed they do. When I mentioned that delivery wasn’t showing as an option online, they reassured me they could still deliver. The person on the phone took my order, but then suddenly said they couldn’t deliver because they were closing soon and hung up on me. Their website says they’re open until 12:00 AM, but the driver claimed otherwise and seemed confused and unprofessional. It felt like the manager had no control over the situation. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disorganized experience

I ordered a pizza online and when they told me that it was ready I went to pick it up and the person in charge had made my order wrong only a pizza with cheese and it was already in the box and I saw how he put the mushrooms to cook the pepperoni aside and then in front of me he started to put that on top of the pizza already made I thought it was disrespectful and unpleasant I was disappointed

Poor management I order 5 items only received 4 manager insisted I ordered only 4 . Please see the list of items I ordered 5.. he sent the driver with my missing item and still requested I sent him back one of my items. Here is the list of FIVE ITEMS. I even had to go down the list one by one showing the driver I order 5 items not 4.
