I called this pizza place to ask if they deliver, and they said yes. I specifically asked if they deliver to my address, and they confirmed they do. When I mentioned that delivery wasn’t showing as an option online, they reassured me they could still deliver. The person on the phone took my order, but then suddenly said they couldn’t deliver because they were closing soon and hung up on me. Their website says they’re open until 12:00 AM, but the driver claimed otherwise and seemed confused and unprofessional. It felt like the manager had no control over the situation. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disorganized experience

I ordered a pizza online and when they told me that it was ready I went to pick it up and the person in charge had made my order wrong only a pizza with cheese and it was already in the box and I saw how he put the mushrooms to cook the pepperoni aside and then in front of me he started to put that on top of the pizza already made I thought it was disrespectful and unpleasant I was disappointed

Poor management I order 5 items only received 4 manager insisted I ordered only 4 . Please see the list of items I ordered 5.. he sent the driver with my missing item and still requested I sent him back one of my items. Here is the list of FIVE ITEMS. I even had to go down the list one by one showing the driver I order 5 items not 4.

It's Dominos. Not going to win any awards, but it's consistently pretty decent. I do like the crust but could do without the dust. Worse than cheetos fingers but I digress. If you stick to pizza, this location is great. Can't speak for much else than the boneless wings but those are simply heated and not "made". Still decent. Overall, pretty happy with this location and service. One thing I absolutely love about Domino's is the app! So easy, and this location does get the order right every single time. Can't say the same for other restaurants and their apps.

I gave a one because the manager Mike was kind and apologetic. The delivery driver Mandip is a rude real trash of a person. He’s short tempered and incredibly unprofessional. The first time I forgot to tip online he made me so uncomfortable held my food hostage and said no tip? Forcing my hand to give him something especially with his nasty attitude. The second time I never received a phone call but got a text he was outside I went outside and he wasn’t there, he drove in to the driveway shaking his head being passive aggressive and when I asked why he was shaking his head he said he was waiting for five minutes before and he left. When I tried to explain I didn’t get anything he was soooo rude and aggressive it was disgusting. I called the store and spoke with Mike the manager who works at both the Belleville store and is in charge in Nutley and he was kind and apologetic. Honestly I order all the time from the nutley one but I was so upset it made me never want to order from there again. Totally uncalled for and nasty attitude Mandip.
Have ordered here ~15 times, and 14 have been perfect. That's 90%+, keep up the good work!

The food is always great and ready quickly.The young gentleman that hands me my pizza should be on a commercial. He always has the biggest smile. The only negative is that it’s hard to find street parking for pick ups.

Experienced staff, Manager is 100% Always professional and accommodating, come here all the time and NEVER have a problem. Bathrooms are always clean and seating area is clean and sanitary always. FAST carryout pick ups, even when they are busy they still are able to complete all tasks. THANK YOU!!
Comes close to the real thing. Don't expect a local pizzeria style pizza. It's service is fast and if you have the app ordering online is the faster option than calling and placing the order.
