I always come here for coffee at night with my daughters,this time was awful had a young girl take care of us and she mess our order up and was charging us to much for it we paid 20.00 when I checked and we did the calculations it was wrong they owe us 2.50 something like that and the only thing they could say is you have to come in Monday to get your change back ,not professional ,table were dirty all of them . Place like this should have ppl that do there job not just stay standing like that girl was or the guy there was only two ppl there that night ..he was the one that told her she made the mistake ,but if they owe us money they could had offer something instead of telling us to wait till Monday..

This location can never get the orders right. I’ve previously ordered this exact same order before and have never received it this low. They try to use the excuse of the coffee “settling”. Like previously stated this has been ordered before without this issue. I usually sip on this throughout the morning and never really finish my coffee. So not a settling issue, very disappointing.

Very disappointed that they are either out of green tea and mango pineapple refreshers. There was a problem on their end on the app. as a customer I brought it to their attention and instead I was given an attitude. The only reason why I haven't change location is because during the week it is closes one to my job. DUNKIN YOU MUST DO BETTER AT LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

They are ok place. Staff is also good. One thing that bothered me couple of times is, I placed mobile order and they didnt have the ordered item. Why cant dunkin keep mobile menus updated with whats in inventory. It wasted my time by going through whole refund procedure. Now I am avoiding the place since I am not sure if they will have stuff that I want. Your experience might be different.

Went in to get a signature iced latte and the woman working in there looked like I was bothering her from her phone. I also got a boston creme donut and inside the custard had a long black knotted piece of hair. Was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered ahead on the app; 2 coffees and a cookie. I specifically ordered from this location because it said it was available. Upon arrival, they told me it wasn’t. I had to go back in the car twice to get a refund issued back as the instructions to do so were not clear. But the worse part was my coffee had a layer of grounds on the bottom. I took a huge swig just to have to spit it all out. Disgusting. I have never had that happen to me before, ever. The only positives are, they have a parking lot and it looked redone inside.

Iced decaf was horrible. Too watered down with too much sugar and not enough non dairy milk. Dunking ain't what it used to be. Go to Ara's in Rutherford!!!!
