Came in today and was the second person in line and ordered a simple ice coffee 5 creams, 1 sugar. Afterwards, a bunch of people came in, around 4-7 and they all ordered at the register and they all received their drinks before me. While the workers are nice and cordial, I too work at a coffee shop and this is not a standard of service I would be proud of giving to others.

so i came here because i saw a review that the irishitalianstallion on tiktok posted. now i drive 20 minutes away from my house every day just to get this AMAZINGGGG service!!!! everyone needs to come here because they do it perfectly every time. also, they have the cutest donuts and iâve never seen anything like it. you guys are amazing!!!!!!!!!!

8 AM 7/20/25 Omar was the manager at the moment, and I asked for a simple drink that every Dunkin' makes with no problem. All I asked was to mix the whipped cream in my drink, and he gave a rude no. Never going in there again!
I donât usually ever write reviews and if I do itâs mostly good. However, I canât tolerate this treatment I receive by the morning shift. First off, the manager is heavily towards anyone who isnât a minority which is very distasteful. Today this incident occurred where I ordered my regular drink order as I do EVERY day MULTIPLE times a day for my friendâs mom but today was different. I was called a liar and told I was âcheating the systemâ. I respectfully told the manager that I regularly have this same drink order and that my friendâs family literally orders this same drink order also multiple times a day with ZERO issue. Who wouldâve known, theyâre white im not! Found out iâm not crazy, she does this regularly to other people too!! Iâm a reserved person and by no means would I ever lash out at a food industry worker, I understand how itâs like myself but this has gotten too much. Literally as far that I donât willingly ever want to enter this location during the morning. I refuse to keep quiet about this because its completely unfair. I am completely okay with paying the price of ice but next time donât be a rude person and fill half the cup with ice crazy how you expect me to pay a dollar for that.

Tall girl and small white girl were being rude to their coworker Marciano (I believe thatâs his name) when he was trying his best. He seems like a sweet boy trying to do his job and they seemed irritated by him cause he wasnât getting something right. I donât stand by that especially in front of customers. not nice at all, I made sure he knew that he was doing a great job.

morning shift is almost always distasteful when it comes to service and clarity. they will gaslight you into thinking that you made a mistake whilst ordering. the older woman and manager are extremely rude and will talk bad about you behind the counter for a simple misunderstanding. if you want decent service in the morning, do not come to this dunkin. BUT the night shift staff are extremely pleasant!
