If you’re looking for a community of incredible people who just enjoy yoga and support each other, this is your place. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and the teachers and owner are incredible and so kind. This is the first studio that I’ve been to that didn’t make attendees feel competitive and really encouraged everyone to have their own flow. If you’re on the fence, give it a try!
The Sound Bath was amazing. I came in with a couple of friends on a rainy Sunday morning and it was well worth it. I’m a mental health provider and pride myself in taking care of my own mental health and exploring self care strategies to recommend to my clients. I highly recommend sound baths for relaxation and Good Vibes Yoga Bar is a great location if you’re in NJ. An educated guess: to date I’ve done at least 60,000 downward dog poses in the 20+ years I’ve been practicing yoga all over North Jersey.
