This is the studio that got me into doing hot yoga. Props are provided, as well as cubby lockers, a water station, and showers.
The teachers I've had here are all excellent in their sequencing and assisting. The owner, Michael, sets prices of classes and retail accessorries to be affordable for the student and still profitable for the studio.
My favorite yoga in New Jersey!
Love this place. Its very welcoming and unpretentious. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level, and there's options given for every pose so you can do what's comfortable. There's also different levels you can take; intro, warm yoga, and hot yoga. I also love the restorative classes, which reset my mindset for a good week ahead 🧘🏻♀️
I took two restorative classes and bought a package but unfortunately don’t think I can go back. Loved the class, studio and the staff however the incense smell was so severe during my second class I ran out feeling like I was having an asthma attack. If there was an option for more sensitive people I’d love to return.
