I would bring a bus group from the Detroit area every year before the pandemic for tours in the New York area.
I would have to order 56 sandwiches with 3 to 4 different choices.
Our bus wouldn't arrive to our hotel until after 8:00 pm
(after your normal business hours)
Upon our arrival, someone would deliver our lunches that evening for the next day.
I have always appreciated the extra mile that they went for our bus group.

I ordered 2 hero platters from here on very short notice and they were able to accommodate my needs quickly. They had great customer service and even offered me a drink on the house as I waited. The meat, veggies, and cheese were very good and tasted incredible fresh. However, I would love to see them explore different bread options for their sandwiches.
