Cute cozy place in Nutley. They have GREAT menu, the Earl Grey tea self served Ice cream was GOOD 😍👍 👍👍 The owner, Kristine was very Friendly, kind and warm welcome. We also got a complementary UBE Mochi [So DELICIOUS...😍]. Definitely RECOMMENDED this spot for great bubble tea, Ice cream & Dessert. We'll be back to try a different flavors 🥰

I ordered 2 hot drip coffees with milk and sugar and she gave me 2 lukewarm coffees with what looked like milk and was sweet as well. When i asked to to give me a fresh cup of hot coffee with just milk and no sugar she pulled out from behind the curtained back room the same 2 coffee cups not hot with milk and sugar and said oh the condensed milk is already sweet. Not sure where milk= condensed milk. Clearly she microwaved the same 2 coffee cups. Very slow and dishonest service. I do not recommend this place.

I had the cracking latte in the iced earl greay which isn’t on the menu but the gentleman was nice enough to make it For me as I’m more of a tea girl then coffee

Half the boba was soft and the other half was hard. Tea tasted very artificial.. I am not sure what they use for the passion fruit tea but did not taste good. The mango float dessert was partially frozen so I kept chewing on ice which was unpleasant and took the flavor away. Not a fan!

First time coming here. Was kinda disappointed … they didn’t have a few of the items promoted on their instagram and the hospitality wasn’t great. The employees seemed annoyed by the customers, the ube espresso soft serve was good, and the strawberry matchagotto lacked in flavor. Very bland.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything we have had has been an A+ The UBE ice cream is my family’s favorite. My 4 year old has been obsessed with it since she was 2. It’s a great family experience and the owner Chona couldn’t be a nicer person. She goes above and beyond for me every time I go in there. I wish every owner had the same energy, respect, and friendliness that Chona has. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly as well. I strongly suggest to give Kubo a try you won’t be sorry.

Many items featured on google or their IG were not available. For example, the dubai chocolate chip cookie they no longer make! Only for one week, and decided the dubai chocolate sold better (as I was told). I was not told they only have items for a limited time, although I understand popular items can sell out. Also the crunchy, soft chocolate cake with pistachio, was also not available. Disappointing. Definitely check with them if you’re not a local, before visiting to see what’s available.
