My family and I love love love Kubo. Since they opened, we def try to come here any time were in the area. My fave fave fave is the Ube Soft Serve with Taiyaki and boba. Their soft serve is just so creamy and flavorful. I haven't tried everything on their menu yet, but I def plan to. Posting a pic from our most recent visit last week.They have a small seating area, but in the warmer seasons they add some extra outside seating which is nice. Its always a great place for some pics, too.10/10 Highly recommend!

If you're ever craving ice cream and you've not yet jumped on the ube train, you should definitely make a trip to Kubo. They're up there for best ice cream in the county imo.They also have an assortment of rotating, delicious ube infused sweets like cinnamon rolls, cannolis, and cheese buns.I always get their ube taiyaki, which is soft serve ice cream with a hollowed out, fish shaped waffle. If I want something warm, their ube latte hits the spot, too. Thanks for the treats!

Every employee in this store is super nice and they work so hard. They are able to hold themselves to a high standard because every single item on the menu is so good. The ube soft serve is the best soft serve I've ever had AND you can order it with boba and milk tea. They release lots of different featured item and you can guarantee its delicious!
