New name, new ownership. When I saw it was the same old reataurant we used to eat, I felt little disappointed because we wanted something new. The new owners are Mexican so we made a big order for 8 people. We all were delighted for the taste, presentation and portions. Delicious food, really tasty, fresh and authentic flavor. We had burritos, salads and tacos, We definetely will come back again and again ! ?

Excellent home made Mexican dishes. This is the place to go when you're in the mood for real Mexican food.

Great little spot, cozy patio for outdoor dining. Delicious food and friendly staff. Felt very welcomed on my first visit and the Mexican plate and quesadilla were very satisfying.

Food was excellent. The best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. More important, the service was amazing. Thank you Triny. We will definitely be back again.

Their customer satisfaction is good. We had an issue with delivery time and the manager immediately apologized as well as applied a discount. However the soulfood platters were not good. The chicken was not seasoned at all. No salt spice herbs nothing. The batter on the fried chicken was seasoned but the meat itself was completely bland. Same with the bbq chicken. The bbw was not dark or blackened a little bit. It was straight up black burnt. Not even bbq burnt. The string beans had no seasoning either. No butter no salt no nothing. Not eben the water they were cooked in had flavor. The mac and cheese was a disgrace to mac and cheese. It looked nasty therefore i refused to even taste it. But the rest of the family tasted theirs and confirmed that it was not good. It had some kinda seasoning in it and was burnt also. My daughter ordered during the week and the salmon cheesesteak and her bf got shrimp alfredo. The portion was very large and they said it was sooo good. Im leaving this honest opinion in hopes that they Get better with more time in business and hopefully master their menu and recipes. I will patronize again because i support black business. I hope this review is received well. Thank you

This place is a disaster, its gone under way too many managerial changes. Waste of a trip

The owner is unfortunately never consistent so it changes very often. However the food at the moment is still very good and the atmosphere is still as nice. It's very nice to see such an old shop in Nutley still be alive after so long.

It's good for a quick bit after a tiring night. I went here with my family as we live nearby, but I have had better Mexican food. I had their burrito and a soda, and it wasn't bad. The place was clean, the staff were really(I mean really) friendly, it just wasn't my taste of Mexican.

Good fresh Mexican in the Chipotle style. You can build your meal (burritos, tacos, quesadillas, flautas, tortas) from a good selection of add ons. ( Corn, pico de galle, onions, cheese, sour cream, guac, black and pinto beans). We each got bowls for take out everything was very fresh and tasty. Really good guac too. They were out of green peppers but were nice enough to throw some on the grill along with some chicken while we waited. I heard there were new owners and a new name (Los Jarros) and the people who helped us couldn't have been nicer.
