I just recently moved in the are. Great pizza, guys at counter are great and always there to help out. Pizzas and Italian dishes are to die for. Definitely got a repeat customer.

I had pizza at Napoli about five months ago while on a business trip in the area. Honestly, it was one of the best pizzas I had ever tasted. Fast forward, I will be on a specific diet for a few months and thought if I could have one last extravagant meal before I begin, what would it be. Well, I drove 51 minutes to Montclair tonight for pizza at Napoli. Contrary to my previous visit, it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had a very, very long time. I had no idea there was an ownership change till I read reviews afterwards. The crust tasted like pressed cardboard and the cheese like a cheap blend. Even worse, it’s the last pizza I get to eat for about six months. Well, maybe it’s for the best.
New management equals increased prices and less food. Our total was so expensive and not a lot of food for almost $30 dish. Disappointed and will not return. Only positive is the over priced pizza slice is large.

Found out the restaurant was recent bought out by another person/entity. Minor changes to the atmosphere including removal of tables in their take out spot. No longer have sit down service in the location next door. The counter person had no ability to set expectations either on the phone or in person and kept telling me 15-20 more minutes. I was originally told 30 minutes to pick up my food. When I got there 30 minutes later, I heard through their window that they hadn’t started the order yet. The counter person turned back to me stating that the kitchen is backed up and needs another 15-20 minutes to finish cooking my food. I was fine with that. After 30 minutes I was asked if I would give him my address and have it delivered. Knowing that I live outside their delivery radius, I asked how much longer. He said another 25 minutes. So that’d be a total of approximately an hour and a half plus the delivery time to get food. Luckily I had the time to start looking for recent reviews. I hadn’t found any posted for over 4 months. No recent reviews while under new ownership. I hope this can help the next person.
