I ordered Ninja Ramen which I thought was like a tonkotsu ramen but was very Americanized. Just a boiled egg not even soy marinated egg. Had a slice of seaweed & bamboo but I don’t understand why spinach, carrots & corn?? And the 3 pieces of chashu pork were not tender, tough to bite through. I need to redeem this ramen at another authentic ramen spot.

This is a cozy spot, with polite and pleasant servers. The sushi was tasty, many unique rolls, and the overall experience was top notch.

My fiancée and I had a mixed experience at Ninja Sushi.
The first time we visited, we were unfortunately asked to leave because the restaurant was closing in about an hour. While we understood that it was late and respected their policy, the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily rude, especially since we noticed others arriving after us were still allowed to order. We didn’t hold it against them and decided to give the restaurant another chance.
We returned the next day earlier, and initially the atmosphere was pleasant. However, once we were seated, the service began to feel rushed and slightly irritated. Since it was our first time dining there, we asked several questions about the menu, which doesn’t include photos or visual descriptions. This made ordering a bit difficult, and the staff seemed increasingly impatient.
The food itself was decent, but not exceptional, especially given the price point. The main issue came when we ordered a sushi roll that, while the ingredients sounded good on paper, didn’t look or taste appealing to us once it arrived. After taking one bite, we realized it wasn’t something we could enjoy.
We asked to speak with a manager and were introduced to the owner. He was polite at first, but became visibly frustrated, repeatedly stating that all the ingredients were listed and questioning why we ordered it if we didn’t like it. While we understood his perspective as a small business owner and had no issue paying for the roll (which we did), we politely asked if there could be a compromise, perhaps ordering something else of equal value.
He reluctantly agreed, but only under certain conditions. He preferred that the replacement be another sushi item and not of equal vaule, but given our previous experience and the fact that we didn’t enjoy the first roll, we asked to stay away from sushi altogether. The alternative we were offered ended up being of noticeably lower value than what we originally ordered. On top of that, the replacement dish took a long time to arrive, and by then the overall experience had already felt uncomfortable and discouraging, which made us ready to leave.
Overall, Ninja Sushi has decent food, but the customer service and overall experience left much to be desired. Given the higher prices, we expected more patience and understanding, especially for first-time customers. We may consider giving it another try in the future, but for now, we’d recommend dining with tempered expectations, especially if you’re new to sushi or visiting with family.

Staff looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned I was there to pick-up food. Asked me to wait in the cold foyer, like a delivery driver, waiting for my own order. Having a kid in black sketchers condescendingly ask me to wait in the cold for my food earns this place a one star. Will not return.

Dumbest Japanese place I have ever ordered . Thought of giving this a try and ordered chicken teryaki bento box.
That is not chicken Teryaki, it tasted more chinese stir fry. I don't eat beef and they don't have non beef pot stickers(free tip: have chicken pot stickers so that non beef and non pork eaters can both eat. Simple). So, I can't eat beef and they have no substitute policy , they will cheap out on sad lettuce even.
This is one of those places where you may go if you have nothing around to eat better.
Love Ninja Sushi
This is the best sushi I've ever had in my life. The rolls are huge. The flavors are abundant, and the rice is so fresh. The atmosphere is great as are the staff. I had the sushi roll combo with soup, and it was so much. My kids got a shrimp tempura roll that was life-changing. My wife had a bang bang roll that was packed with more stuff than I can list.
