The bagel was decent, nothing extraordinary, and the coffee was your standard brew. So imagine my surprise when the bill came out to over $10.
For that price, I expected something a bit more memorable — maybe freshly baked artisan bread or a specialty roast. Instead, it felt like I paid gourmet prices for average fare.
The vibe of the place is nice, and the staff was friendly, but unless they adjust their pricing or upgrade their offerings, it’s hard to justify the cost for such a basic combo.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w cream cheese for take out, got home and it was an everything bagel. I called back to get my order right and they said they were out of cinnamon raisin and demanded me to bring my bagel in if I wanted another one. Horrible customer service.

I’m tired of giving this bagel shop my business. Every single time I come in, it’s a coin flip whether they’ll get my order right.
Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and asked if they had hash browns. When they said yes, I ordered some as a side. I did not ask for the hash browns to be put in my sandwich. But that’s what they did. Mistakes happen, and I would have been fine if they’d just fixed it.
Instead, when I pointed out the mistake, the young lady at the counter didn’t apologize or offer to remake it. Instead, she lectured me that I should have specified that I didn’t want the hash browns inside the sandwich if I ordered them as a side. That’s rude and terrible customer service.
I’m done coming here. Not only do they consistently mess up orders, but they also treat customers poorly and blame them for the mistake they made when both taking the order and preparing it.
This was on top of the other mistakes they've made with my orders, including not packaging items correctly, missing items, messed up orders.

Well - if you look at my reviews, I always try to give a positive review. Not this time - ordered a bagel with an omelet. Guy had his gloves on when serving. However, when he took my money to charge me, he never took his gloves off and when the next person came in, he proceeded to grab the bagel for the next order with the same gloves. I left - didn't even want my money back.

Was so excited to try this place out, Rude staff- came in a 35 mins before they closed- had two people telling me I needed to order right away, I barely got two seconds to look at the menu before getting rushed again. Ended up just walking out. Very disappointing

Usually my go to place to get breakfast sandwiches but recently they been forgetting to add items I asked for to my sandwich. I never complain but today I wanted to leave a review because it’s got to a point already. I asked for a turkey bacon egg and cheese with ketchup salt and pepper with mayo plus avocado on a plain bagel. I get my bagel everything is right just the avocado is missing. If they didn’t have it why not just tell me they didn’t have avocados but no the cashier processed to charge me plus for the avocado that was clearly not in the bagel. Very disappointed.

The only reason why you don’t see pictures of my order is because it was too delicious to refrain from eating just to take a picture. We had an order for 4 people: an order of pancakes, an omelette with potatoes on the side, a cheeseburger, and a Panini. OMG. DELICIOUS. Real pieces of steak on the panini and my eggs and potatoes were not greasy or oily like from a typical diner or take our place. The burger was huge and 3 stack pancakes fluffy, buttery and delicious.
Being that we came on New Year’s Day for breakfast, the place was packed, but we definitely found a place to sit, and the customer service was nothing less than spectacular. They informed us there would be a longer wait than usual for the food so that we were not just sitting there waiting. I sincerely appreciate this attention to customer satisfaction. The prices are great for the amount of food and you won’t go broke on a simple breakfast. Definitely will become a regular at this place!! Thank you nutley bagel boy!!!

This is my go to spot for a breakfast sandwich! I love their TE&C on a roll w/ SPK. My favorite in town to be honest. And their juices!! So good! They also have these things called flegals… I definitely recommend…
