I always make the mistake to come here when I don’t feel like driving to Bloomfield to Hot Bagels Abroad and I always regret it. Small, low quality bagels with zero flavor. Take the extra 5 minute drive to Hot Bagels Abroad.. best quality bagels in the entire area.

Called for a pick up order, toasted bagel was ready 30 minutes before the smoothie waiting out side after they said it will be ready in 5 minutes, Employees behind the desk playing around and touchy,
The price is very expensive toast plain bagel and cream cheese with small smoothie $14 are you series?!

First time ordering delivery here. 15 mins away & the toasted sesame bagels were still warm on arrival. Fresh & delicious. Keep up the great work. Will definitely return. Place also looks clean in all the other reviews.

Good luck getting your order right. They screwed up our orders so many times. Enough that I had to leave a poor review. Their service and response when you call to let them know about your wrong order, AGAIN, was also poor. Get it together, breakfast orders aren't rocket science.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast after taking hot Pilates across the street — just a plain MINI bagel with scallion cream cheese and a regular iced coffee. The bagel was decent, nothing extraordinary, and the coffee was your standard brew. So imagine my surprise when the bill came out to over $10.

For that price, I expected something a bit more memorable — maybe freshly baked artisan bread or a specialty roast. Instead, it felt like I paid gourmet prices for average fare.

The vibe of the place is nice, and the staff was friendly, but unless they adjust their pricing or upgrade their offerings, it’s hard to justify the cost for such a basic combo.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w cream cheese for take out, got home and it was an everything bagel. I called back to get my order right and they said they were out of cinnamon raisin and demanded me to bring my bagel in if I wanted another one. Horrible customer service.

I’m tired of giving this bagel shop my business. Every single time I come in, it’s a coin flip whether they’ll get my order right.

Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and asked if they had hash browns. When they said yes, I ordered some as a side. I did not ask for the hash browns to be put in my sandwich. But that’s what they did. Mistakes happen, and I would have been fine if they’d just fixed it.

Instead, when I pointed out the mistake, the young lady at the counter didn’t apologize or offer to remake it. Instead, she lectured me that I should have specified that I didn’t want the hash browns inside the sandwich if I ordered them as a side. That’s rude and terrible customer service.

I’m done coming here. Not only do they consistently mess up orders, but they also treat customers poorly and blame them for the mistake they made when both taking the order and preparing it.

This was on top of the other mistakes they've made with my orders, including not packaging items correctly, missing items, messed up orders.
