This is a real, old school, Italian owned, Jersey pizza place. The quality of the ingredients were appreciated and you don’t even have to ask for it to be well done as that was the standard. Highly recommended as a great pizza place.
Incredible pizza and very friendly staff. Ordered a thin-crust, plain cheese. Came out piping hot, yet the cheese didn't slide off when grabbing a slice. Very crispy and the pizza isn't floppy, either.
When an eatery, no matter how long it has been in business, is clearly stingy with shrimp pieces in a shrimp-advertised meal, that pushes one to try competitors. Quality of food is good at Ralph's, but next time honor regular customers better than this... especially when this area is flooded with competitors. Inflation or not, be more generous with your offerings and don't rest on your laurels. Thanks much! :)
