Ordered 2 Pizzas at 4:00 for pickup at 5:00. 1 Pizza with peppers and onions and one half black olives and half plain. 3 different people called me to verify my order and each was wrong. When I arrived the Pizzas weren't ready. One wasn't even started. After 15 minutes of watching other people walking out with their food, I asked the woman about my order. I told her I called at 4:00. She snapped back at me. "Everyone called at 4:00. It's Valentines Day and Ash Wednesday. It'll be ready soon." Not I'm sorry, I'll check it, no courtesy. I got the Pizzas at 5:30 and they weren't anything special, especially since it cost $45.52 for the 2 Pizzas. I won't be back.Parking: Very little parking.

Went in and got a regular and mushroom slice. Both were delicious. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.Service was excellent and I really liked the old school pizzeria vibe.

I choose this store because of the reviews BUT I should have went with my gut feelings, The Grandma slice was totally Burnt and the meatball sandwich for that price was terrible I asked for peppers and onions on the sandwich they gave me jalapeño peppers ,no sauce and the cheese …. Worst Food Ever Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money ….Not Italian food it is NOT ?
We always pass by this place and we finally had the time to come here. We ordered Pepperoni Pizza and Mussels. They were both really delicious. The place was busy answering the phone for orders and delivery. Staff were really nice. I highly recommend this place if you are nearby the area.

The soup options are great and even the "small" portion comes out in a huge bowl. The pizza is always hot and crispy. Not too thin and not too thick. The linguine w/ white clam sauce is a favorite. Fresh, hot bread and attentive service makes this family pizzeria a place I frequent whenever I'm in town.

The pizza is so good especially the grandma slice their wings are good and they have great soups. Not thin burnt pizza yuck. This is definitely a good place to eat!

I have been a patron of Ritacco's for over 10 years. For the last I would say 3 years I’ve ordered a build your own salad which consists of chicken cutlet, arugula, bruschetta, and roasted red peppers. Today, when I ordered my usual the woman who took my order told me that they were never supposed to make me a custom salad. When I went to pick up my order the same woman who took my order attended me and proceeded to tell me that moving forward they will NOT be making that custom salad any longer. I suggested that they should consider making this a menu item. To which she rolled her eyes to. She was rude with very poor customer service skills. I guess customer satisfaction is NOT a priority in this establishment and for this reason I will no longer be patronizing this business and neither should you.

I was introduced to this place by friends, their mini Sicilian is great, perfect crust, tastes good, BUT when I placed my order tonight I made sure the person on the phone knew that I wanted FRESH, SLICED GARLIC, NOT THE OILY DICED OR MINCED from a commercial container as I cannot eat it. I was put on hold twice to confirm that this would be an option, and so I placed my order. I came quickly, but was the garlic I can't eat. I live alone, so there's $17 in the garbage. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS' requests into account, you could make people very sick. I was offered replacement PLAIN pizza, but I just wanted what I ordered. I specifically wanted something garlicky. I asked how an Italian place didn't HAVE cloves of garlic and was told they HAVE them, "but not for pizza". HUH? Would have gladly given this one back for a refund, but it wasn't an option.
