Based on other reviews, I may have just tried this place on a bad day. Our sushi rolls were more like burritos and were wrapped so loosely that they fell apart. The rice was very dry and it was hard to taste anything else. Sushi is one of our favorite foods but we threw it away and ate something else…

I got a tuna poke bowl, and it was delicious! Love Sake Sushi! The folks were so friendly and helpful, and I want to go back to try more things like the salmon poke bowl, rolls, and sashimi! Really great quality sushi and so yummy — will definitely be back! :)

We ordered takeout tonight for the first time and were very impressed! Excellent sushi, HUGE rolls, and super fresh! The staff is super friendly and the takeout was packaged well. We got the Philadelphia roll, shrimp tempura roll, tuna sashimi, and spicy crab roll. Will definitely be returning.

Sake Sushi & Poke in Nutley is a total win! The Sweet Potato Poke Bowl is absolutely delicious fresh ingredients, great flavor, and the sweet potato is just the right texture and seasoning. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a really chill, relaxed vibe. It’s the kind of spot you can count on for a satisfying, healthy meal and good vibes every time.
